However, one evening, the rooftop bar was crowded, and our drink orders took longer than we anticipated. It slightly disrupted the otherwise relaxed atmosphere.

I really appreciated the sweet surprise of welcome drinks and snacks when I checked in, and the staff made sure I had everything I needed, even arranging for a doctor when I mentioned my injury. The rooftop pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The only minor drawback was the slightly worn furniture, but it didn't take away from my overall great experience. definitely grab a drink on the rooftop! 🍹

Had an amazing time with friends! We visited the Picasso Museum and explored the Gothic Quarter. The staff was super attentive, and the Junior Suite had all the comforts we needed. Breakfast was delightful, and the rooftop restaurant was a highlight with delicious flavors. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for comfort and top-notch service.

stayed at serra's for 5 nights and loved it! the grand deluxe double room was spacious and had great amenities. the rooftop bar was a perfect spot for snacks with amazing views. the location was fantastic too, close to all the main activities in the gothic quarter. The service from carla and diego was exceptional. they were so friendly and helpful.
